SCHOOL REGISTRATION FOR NEW AND TRANSFERRING STUDENTS

August 29, 2007 is the First Day of School!

If your child is entering a Hartford Public School for the FIRST TIME or TRANSFERRING to a new school within Hartford, you should register now at your neighborhood school!

REQUIRED INFORMATION TO REGISTER FOR SCHOOL:

• PROOF OF BIRTH (Birth Certificate, Baptismal Certificate, or Passport)
• PARENT/GUARDIAN PHOTO ID
• MEDICAL STATUS (Immunization record, physical exam within one year)
• PROOF OF HARTFORD RESIDENCE (Utility bill, rent agreement or lease)

SCHOOL HEALTH CLINIC SUMMER HOURS

The Bulkeley High School Health Clinic (300 Wethersfield Avenue) is open for immunizations and physicals from July 2 through July 30th, 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM by appointment only!
