If your child was born in 2003,
It’s time to register your child
for Kindergarten!
New and transfer students must register
at their neighborhood school.
The deadline is May 1, 2008
To register your child, you must bring all of the following:
- Proof of birth (Birth Certificate, Baptismal Certificate or passport)
- Parent/Guardian must bring photo ID
- Legal Guardianship document, if applicable
- Medical Status (Immunization record, physical exam within one year)
- Proof of Hartford residence (Utility bill, rent agreement or lease)
If your child needs a physical exam, and does not have a primary care

Medical documentation and academic documentation is hand delivered to school staff by the parent/guardian. Staff will advise parents that the documentation must be given to school staff in order for the student to be assigned a classroom.
