Vision
Enhancing student learning by connecting mind, body and spirit. The Unified Arts contribute to the cultural, ethnic, social and emotional development of the whole child by providing artistic and physical experiences.

Departmental Goals

• Differentiated instruction will serve as the basis for inclusive instructional strategies in Unified Arts.
• Elementary Unified Arts teams will collaboratively plan a sequence of lessons utilizing the Total Literacy approach. Each team will demonstrate products with this goal in mind.
• Develop content curriculum standard map to provide an active planning process guide to interdisciplinary instruction.
