The purpose of the Young Men’s Leadership Academy is to provide young men with a college preparatory curriculum while encouraging the development and application of leadership skills. The leadership theme will provide the structural framework for the academy and drive the articulation of the mission to develop well-rounded, productive citizens and leaders of our society. Students will experience culturally relevant coursework with a high degree of technology integration.

Mentorships and early college experiences will be designed to increase students’ exposure to college life and future career options.
