Mission Statement (English version):
Bulkeley High School provides a safe and nurturing environment that encourages active learning and delivers educational experiences for an academically and culturally diverse community. We serve the needs of all students through a variety of programs for a lifetime of intellectual, physical, and emotional well being, and nurture students aesthetic, social, ethical, and moral values.
