The Arts and Wellness are academic subjects that promote joy and engagement through rigorous and meaningful learning experiences.  With regular practice, students develop self-discipline as well as expertise in key concepts, knowledge, and skills intrinsic to an art form or physical education program.  Because these course provide opportunities for self-expression, students find their voice, gain self-esteem, and discover self-efficacy.  The collaboration required by these disciplines promotes respect, positive relationships and understanding of various perspectives.  Click an image below to explore a particular discipline.
