ATTN: PRINCIPALS! GREATER HARTFORD CHILDREN’S LATINO FILM FESTIVAL 2014

ATTN:  PRINCIPALS!  GREATER HARTFORD CHILDREN’S LATINO FILM FESTIVAL 2014

The Association of Peruvian American Professionals is honored to organize this two day film festival taking place on October 24-25, 2014.  The program showcases Latino and global youth themed art cinema for youth ages three to eighteen free of charge. The project concept is based on utilizing art cinema as a powerful medium to expose inner city youth to films that nurture creativity, critical thinking, celebrate imagination, and promote positive cultural/human values that empower them to reach their fullest potential.  All films have English subtitles so all children are welcome.  Cultural Performances and face painting are also included.
