Batchelder School Holds Pink Day to Show Support and Raise Funds for Breast Cancer Research

In response to a personal loss in the Batchelder School Family approximately 5 years ago, and to support and honor all those impacted by cancer, “Pink Day” has been an important event at the school.  Each year, one day during October is chosen as “Pink Day” during which staff and students make donations to breast cancer research and wear pink to show their support for this worthy cause.  This year, over $350 was collected and donated.  As is evident from the photograph, the staff takes “Pink Day” very seriously!
