On August 20th, Clark School, a Hartford Community School held a back-to-school festival full of food and fun. Many families and children were there.   There were delicious dishes to eat, music, the fire-truck to visit, and many Community Partners were there sharing information and useful materials for students and parents.  Mayor Pedro Segarra also dropped by and spent some time with the families and school officials.
