Classical Magnet's Empty Bowls to Fight Hunger Fundraiser

Please join us on the evening of Wednesday, March 11, from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., for our Annual Empty Bowls Event, a fundraiser in honor of World Hunger Day.

Classical art students have created original decorative ceramic bowls, which are offered for sale on this evening.  The cost of the event is $15 and includes the purchase of a student made ceramic bowl, as well as a serving of soup and bread, served “soup-line style,” at Classical Magnet School, 85 Woodland Street, Hartford, CT

Our donators this year include Wood N Tap, Salute, First and Last Tavern, Sully’s, Panera Bread and Hot Tomatoes.  All proceeds will be donated to Loaves and Fishes located in Hartford.  The evening is the culmination of months of hard work and creativity of many of our art students combined with the dedication, commitment, and generosity of our Classical community and local organizations.  We hope to see you there!
