Dia De Los Muertos (Day of the Dead) at Wish School
In Celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, students in the 2nd grade at the Fred D. Wish Museum School have been creating art and practicing their singing and dancing during music class.
On October 31st, “Dia De Los Muertos,” students were painted like sugar skulls and performed a dance and song from the Disney movie, Coco. Students who sang were also videotaped for their Museum Night project.
Stop by the Fred D. Wish Museum School on Thursday the 14th of November from 4-6, for the school’s Museum Night; see a CREATIVE COLLABORATION of Art, Music and Dance in a looping video. The performance will be shown all night for all to view.
