Hartford Public High School's Academy of Engineering & Green Technology Hosts New England District FIRST Robotics Competition to Much Acclaim

On March 29-30, 2013 Hartford Public High School hosted theNew England District FIRST Robotics Competition. Many thanks to staff and especially our students (from all three academies) who volunteered a combined 200+ hours helping to clean up, set up, and take down for the event. Many helped to serve food as well. This was a well attended event with over 1500 people attending each of the 2 days. The City of Hartford and Hartford Public Schools should be very proud to know that many of the people attending consider this to be the best FIRST robotics event this year in the New England District which covers all six states.
