HPHS Nursing Academy Junior Class Hosts Third Annual Senior Dinner

The Junior class hosted the third annual Senior Dinner on May 29th.  The Senior dinner is where all seniors are recognized for their hard work and dedication over the past twelve years.  It began the ceremony with each student receiving a certificate of appreciation and a hand-made candy gift created by the school's very own Sierra Willis.  Janice Mickle sang the Lords’ Prayer to bless the occasion and the Junior class representatives served dinner catered by Tunxis Grill of Windsor.

While everyone enjoyed the meal, Nigielle Brown and Randa Tucker provided entertainment with a beautiful song selection called “It’s a Crime” by Miley Cyrus.  Principal David Chambers ended the ceremony with a brief conversation on “What I want to remember from being a Senior is more than just one thing…”  Overall, it was well attended and appreciated.
