CT Launches COVID Alert CT App – please consider downloading the App and encourage others to do the same!
- To stop the spread of COVID-19, Connecticut needs everyone to do their part. One way you can help yourself and your community is by downloading the COVID Alert CT App. The more people who download or enable the app on their smart phone, the more effective COVID Alert CT will be. The COVID Alert CT app can be used on both Apple and Android devices.
- The COVID Alert CT is a voluntary, anonymous, exposure-notification smartphone app. If the app sense that you have been in close contact with someone who tests positive for COVID-19 you will receive an alert. Knowing about a potential exposure will allow you to self-quarantine immediately, get tested, and reduce the potential exposure risk to your family, friends, neighbors, co-workers and others.
