Tune in to JeddaLaRue’s live Fit Flo Community Fitness class on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:00 AM. It will be an exploration of movement through Tai Chi postures which connect to animals and nature; while incorporating breathing techniques, visualization, stretching, calisthenics and guided meditation leading us towards an inner mindfulness of fitness that encourages self care.
Comfortable clothes and arm-less chair recommended. Sessions are live on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you miss the live video, you can watch the archive at any time.
