Nine Classical Magnet School Students Qualify for National History Day Competition

 
 
Students from left to right Chamari White-Mink, Imani R. Richardson, Aneris Castro-Rivera and Pritisha Amatya won 2nd place Group Live Performance, Timothy J. Noel-Sullivan won 1st place Documentary Film, Nicholas Serrambana won 1st Place Live Performance, Emma Cook and Marissa Cardono Won 2nd Place Group Website, Shay Pezzulo won 2nd Place Individual Website, and Mr. Jeffrey Hoberman, Civics and US History Teacher.
 
On May 9, 2015, students throughout the state participated in the state-wide history day competition. Nine students from Classical Magnet School qualified for the National History Day competition during the Month of June and will be representing us at the University of Maryland in Washington, DC.
