Our programs are expeditious in that most young adults can complete their industry recognized certification within 6 months to 1 year with little to no debt!

Target Population:
Young adults ages 18-24 (must meet income eligibility guidelines/WIOA)

Special Emphasis Placed on
Aging out of Foster Care
Parents w/Children

OPP offers a comprehensive support structure that ensures a “non-traditional” college student’s success as they transition into post-secondary, earn credentials and enter into the workforce. We are currently recruiting for Allied Health and Advanced Manufacturing! Please don’t be fooled about the misconceptions of Manufacturing Industry, it is NOT a dying field, nor is it a dirty one. In fact, businesses/employers offer a very competitive wages (and benefit packages) and most businesses/employers are extremely eager to attract new energy/replenish their workforce.

Completers of this program will receive job placement assistance and 1 year of retention support. Our aim is to provide young adults with the necessary technical skills to introduce them to the “world of work” as expeditiously as possible, and if/when they decide to further their training/education, their employers will cover the tuition costs!
