Philip Rigueur is Head of Transformative Markets Sales Effectiveness and Distribution for CVS Health/Aetna focused on transforming healthcare for patients by providing solutions for more affordable, high quality health care. As a sales executive, Phil has held leadership positions in sales management, strategy and product development for Aetna for the past 13 years.
Throughout his career, Phil has demonstrated a deep passion for the community. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Washington DC Batter Up Foundation, on the advisory board for Varvick Memorial Credit Union and is a former National Board Member for Planned Parenthood Federation of America. Phil currently sits on Hartford’s Redevelopment Agency, which establishes and manages Redevelopment Plans as means of eliminating blight and spurring investment in the City of Hartford.
He has been recognized by organizations for his business accomplishments including The Network Journal 40 Under Forty, Savoy Magazine: Most Influential Blacks in Corporate America and the Hartford Business Journal’s 40 under Forty Award. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Labor Relations and a Master’s of Public Administration from Cornell University.
He and his wife are the proud parents of Austin and Audrey Rigueur, who currently attend a Hartford Public School.
