Rawson School Takes Home Regional Prize in Summer Reading Challenge

Rawson School students paricipated in KFFL’s Read to Achieve: Summer Reading Challenge; encouraging students to continue reading and improving their literacy skills during summer break.

Rawson School is one of  the 12 regional winners based on the largest average student reading minutes entered into the Beanstack system during the four week challenge.

Henry M. Flagler Elementary, Miami, FL is the national winner of the Challenge with a total average of 1,744 student reading minutes!

 

All winning organizations will receive gift certificates to the First Book Marketplace to purchase new books and educational resources.

 

In addition, all winning organizations will have the opportunity to nominate a Title 1 school in their community to receive a $150 gift certificate to the First Book National Book Bank to purchase new books.
