Dear HPS Students, Families, and Staff,
We care deeply about each of you and we are committed to continuing to partner with you to ensure safety, and to provide high-quality teaching and learning to all our students.
At the end of the Spring, in the spirit of partnership and continuous improvement, we asked for your input regarding the Return-to-Learn, our model for reopening our schools. We again ask for your feedback.
Your voice is critical in helping leaders across the district better understand what is working well and what can be improved during this time. Your responses are completely anonymous. The survey should take a short 5 minutes to complete.

Parents/Guardians: If you have more than one child in the district, you will have the opportunity to indicate how many children you have in the survey and then complete a portion of the survey with each child in mind.
