Students Teach School Leaders How to Code

On Thursday, December 13, 2018, students from Betances Early Reading Lab and Breakthrough Magnet School North visited Hartford Pubic Schools central office with a goal of teaching district leaders how to write computer code.

The students were excellent teachers and the adults learned a lot in this tables-were-turned National Hour of Code engagement event.

We thank the students, Principal Barney, Principal Leonard and their teachers (Ms. Gilyard and Ms. Rosenman), for the tireless support and opportunities that they give to our students. KUDOS!!!
