Frank Giannini, Athletic Director of Hartford Public High School reminisces, “As one that grew up in Hartford this game is very important to the entire community. I have attended 41 Turkey Day games since 1973. I missed two in 43 years. One year I was deathly ill with the flu and my mother would not let attend. The other was the year I was a coach at Bulkeley High School and we had to scout Greenwich High School because we were playing them in the state championship game after Thanksgiving.”
This Hartford tradition is not to be missed!
