Two Classical Magnet School Films Selected for All American High School Film Festival

Two films from Classical Magnet School have been selected for the All American High School Film Festival. This film festival is highly competitive bringing student film makers from around the world to NYC to screen their films.
 
This year Kemani Harriott, class of 2015, and TJ Noel-Sullivan, class of 2016, will be showing their documentaries at the festival in October.
 
Kemani’s film, Tricked and Taken, (NYC Festival screening on SUNDAY, 10/11 @ 12:00 PM, AMC Empire 25 Theaters, Times Square,THEATER 24) explores the issue of human trafficking both on a world-wide and local level.
 
TJ’s film, Public Citizen, (NYC Festival screening on SUNDAY, 10/11 @ 10:00 AM, AMC Empire 25 Theaters, Times Square,THEATER 22) details the life and achievements of Ralph Nader and his work in consumer advocacy. Both films were made in Mr. Hoberman’s documentary film enrichment in conjunction with The Civic Life Project.
