Evenings for Educators
Join our staff and scholars for curatorial discussions, docent-led tours, and cutting-edge lectures that introduce you to our special exhibitions and featured permanent collection areas. Discover curriculum connections as you learn from experts in the field, and feel inspired to integrate a museum visit into your school day. Refreshments and teacher resource materials are provided. Bring your school calendar; we can schedule your next group visit during these evenings.
Fee: Free for PreK-12 educators and administrators. CEUs available.
E-mail to register for these nights at the museum. Registration closes two weeks prior to the program. Space is limited.

Art is a primary context for transforming your teaching and improving student achievement. Visit us for a day of enlightenment, discovery, innovation, and fun, with gallery sessions taught by our museum educators. An opening address will be given by representatives of CREC Museum Academy in Bloomfield, CT. A full listing of the day's break-out sessions can be found below.
