Welcome Bryan Daleas as the New World Languages Teacher-in-Residence

Bryan Daleas grew up in West Hartford and is a graduate of Hall High School.  He earned his BA in Classics at Hamilton College, and the MA and PhD in Classical Studies at Indiana University, Bloomington.  Bryan has been teaching in Connecticut schools since 2000, and taught Latin and Greek for seven years at Classical Magnet School prior to his appointment as Teacher-in-Residence for World Languages.  He was honored as the 2010 Classical Magnet School Teacher of the Year by his Classical colleagues.  In addition to his teaching responsibilities, Bryan has served in a variety of leadership positions, and recently earned his Sixth Year Certificate in Educational Leadership at Central Connecticut State University.  Bryan is an avid cook, an exercise enthusiast, and musician when time permits.
