WFSB-TV's Nicole Nalepa Joins the Thirman L. Milner School for Read Across America Day as the School Celebrates Reading and a MAP Testing Scores Increase

On Monday, March 9th, weekend traffic and health reporter for WFSB-TV Channel 3's Eyewitness News joined the staff and students of the Thirman L. Milner School to celebrate Read Across America Day.  The school also celebrated an increase of all 5th graders MAP testing scores, and all of the students enjoyed a book give-away.

ALL MILNER 5th graders saw an increase in their MAP scores; Santonio Diaz, Amando Cruz, Adoni Webb, Makhi  , Burke, Norma Gonzalez, Elenith Torres, Kiandra Rivera, and Brooklynn Colo with some characters from Dr. Seuss(!)

Reading Tutors from the Jewish Coalition shared the joy of reading with Milner students.
