On January 30, 2024, members of the World Affairs Council of Connecticut joined staff and faculty from University of Hartford and Hartford Public High School at HPHS to celebrate the student members of the school's Model United Nations Club.
Shi Yao Li , the student President of HPHS Model United Nations and several students welcomed the audience. Principal Flora Padro congratulated the students while Megan Torrey , Chief Executive Officer of World Affairs Council of CT described the program.
All student participants will receive a Certificate of Participation, see below.
