We are thrilled to recognize Laticia Pierce, who currently serves as an Early Childhood Educator at Sand Elementary School. Laticia joined our Hartford Public Schools family in 2022, bringing with her an impressive 23 years of experience in early childhood education with the City of Hartford.
Laticia brings unmatched passion, joy, and kindness to her classroom every single day. She consistently strives to provide every possible opportunity for her students to learn, grow, and thrive. Her dedication to creating an inclusive, nurturing environment where all children feel valued and empowered is truly remarkable.
