We want to give a huge shout-out to Mrs. Hansen and our incredible Annie Fisher STEM scholars who were specially invited to join the University of Hartford Harmony Winds this past week!
Harmony Winds is an intermediate wind ensemble for advanced middle school and early high school musicians dedicated to refining their ensemble skills, technique, and performing high-level, quality repertoire under the direction of Caitlin Yovino Serpliss.
Our dedicated scholars are sacrificing their Saturday mornings to attend group rehearsals at the university! Through Mrs. Hansen’s guidance and leadership in music, these students are refining their technical skills, mastering complex repertoire, and growing into truly confident, expressive musicians.
We are so proud of their hard work, discipline, and commitment to musical excellence. Thank you, Mrs. Hansen, for inspiring our students to reach new heights, and congratulations to our scholars for representing Annie Fisher STEM with pride!
