Dr. Andraé Townsel, the new Superintendent of Hartford Public Schools, made a unique entrance for his tour of Kinsella Magnet School of Performing Arts. The Superintendent arrived on a Hartford VEO Scooter, a choice of transportation that underscored his modern and approachable leadership style. As he greeted students and staff, his visit was part of a larger "listening and learning tour" to connect with the community and understand the needs of the district's schools as he begins his tenure.
