Hartford Public Schools offers clinics this summer at no cost* for school entry physicals and immunizations at our School-Based Health Clinics. These services are available to Hartford residents aged 3 to 21.
APPOINTMENTS ARE MANDATORY! Appointments for School Entry Physicals and Immunizations must be made by calling (860) 695-8780.
The clinics will be held at Weaver High School, Hartford Public High School, and MD Fox Elementary School on the following dates and times:
Tuesday, August 19th - 10:00am to 2:00pm
Wednesday, August 20th - 8:00am to 2:00pm
Thursday, August 21st - 8:00am to 2:00pm
Friday, August 22nd - 8:00am to 2:00pm
Monday, August 25th - 8:00am to 2:00pm
Once again, appointments are mandatory.
*All HPS' students are welcome, regardless of medical insurance coverage. Medicaid will be charged if the student is a Medicaid holder.
