Dr. Kondra Rattley speaks at Read Across America

Congratulations to Dr. Kondra Rattley, Hartford Public Schools Deputy Superintendent of Schools and Academic Excellence. The Yale School of Management (SOM) is excited to announce the senior education leaders who will join the 2025-2026 fellowship cohort.

The Fellowship for Public Education Leadership is an executive leadership program run by The Broad Center at Yale SOM for senior-level public education leaders from across the country who are dedicated to strengthening public school systems and the communities they serve.

Dr. Kondra Rattley is an experienced educator who remains committed to creating conditions in which students, teachers, and leaders can thrive. Dr. Rattley’s career in public education began in the role of high school biology teacher before teaching middle school and then becoming a school counselor. Dr. Rattley has experience developing district-wide implementation and monitoring systems, teacher and leader professional development, and outcomes-focused continuous improvement processes. In this role, she oversees teaching and learning, school leadership, student support services, strategic partnerships, and talent management. Dr. Rattley’s student-centered, community-focused leadership is aimed at advancing equitable outcomes through systems of sustained improvement and strategic resource maximization.
