Today, 13 students from University High School of Science and Engineering and Hartford Public High School testified before the state Education Committee in favor of HB 5212 and HB 5213, advocating for more resources and funding. They were brave, confident, and inspiring as they represented their schools and the entire HPS community. This Thanksgiving Day classic football competition between the Hartford Public High School Owls and the Weaver High School Beavers kicks off at 10:00 AM on Thursday, November 23 at Weaver High School, 415 Granby Street in Hartford. Admission Information: Adults $5/Kids $1. Gates will open at 9am. (All non-Weaver/Kinsella students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in order to enter the game.) This has been a Hartford Public High School tradition since 1924!
